Store Policy, FAQ and Terms Information

 

RETURNS/REFUNDS: We will accept returns on premade items ONLY if grossly misrepresented in the description. You MUST contact us first to initiate a return. returns must be initiated within 7 days from confirmed receipt of item. We retain the right to refuse a return on a premade item, based on client/customer "change of heart" or after ANY use. In the case of return that is accepted, but not due to our error- buyer will pay postage.

 

CUSTOMS: >>All CUSTOM items are not refundable.<< We want you to be happy, especially with your custom piece made just for you. If you are unhappy with your item, please contact us, we will do what we can within reason and work with you to correct the issue and see that you are happy with your purchase.

 

DEPOSITS: Custom work payments(up to the initial deposit) may be refunded *IF* work/materials have not been started, at our sole discretion. There are NO REFUNDS possible on the first deposit (usually 20% of the total) that is taken for materials/to hold your spot for custom work. NON REFUNDABLE DEPOSITS ARE NONREFUNDABLE! This will be CLEARLY STATED on your invoice, before any payment is taken and before any work is started. You have the right to cancel further work at any point, however you will forfeit the initial deposit.

 

DAMAGED ITEMS: If your item arrived damaged in shipping, please take detailed photos of both the item itself AND the box/packaging RIGHT AWAY. this protects both you as the buyer, and us as shippers to help claim on the damages. Send us an email with your information, the item you ordered and the photos to  US HERE . We cannot help you if you message us and just say "it's broken and i threw the box away" the insurance company needs detailed photos to initiate the claim. Please DON'T THROW ANYTHING AWAY until you hear back from us (we typically respond within 24-48 hrs). These photos help us get started on replacing the item right away for you. Depending on the item, we may need to initiate a return of the broken item from you, to us.
