This beautiful half mask was inspired by a favorite song of mine, there are 3 other masks in this series The Siren (shown) The Devil, The Serpent and The Phoenix.

This half mask was shaped completely by hand from vegetable tanned leather (100% cowhide) dried and painted to look like porcelain, with a green and copper painted and hand stitched crown. the mask itself is all leather, and has a strap with metal buckle that will fit heads 19-24" comfortably.

The Siren also has a center short loop at the center of the crown for hanging on the wall, using a nail or command hook or whatever you want to use if you display it as wall art!

Attached to the mask behind the crown are long, hand felted, 100% Wool dreads, permanently dyed in blues and greens that look great when worn over your own hair, or hanging on the wall.

It was formed on a generic face sculpt, and will fit most faces very comfortably, but was made with a female face in mind.

100% hand crafted here at my studio in Texas by my own 2 hands, this mask will give many years of display and wearing enjoyment. There is no need to oil the piece, as the leather is sealed inside and out. It is maintenance free. Just display or wear and enjoy.
